Processing Time

Each order is carefully hand-stitched and designed, which takes approximately 12–15 working days.
Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Pre-Order Products

Pre-order items require 2 to 4 weeks for processing and production.
You can identify pre-order products by checking the product title or description—these will clearly mention “Preorder.”

Shipping Time

Once shipped, orders typically take 2–4 working days for delivery within India.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the courier and your location.

Express Stitching

If you would like to opt for express stitching, please contact us via email or DM before placing your order. This service is available only upon prior confirmation.

Early Delivery Requests

We kindly request that you do not request early delivery after placing your order, as we are unable to prioritise orders once confirmed.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled any time before they are shipped, subject to a ₹400 cancellation fee.

  • ₹100 will be deducted as a processing fee.

  • ₹300 will be refunded in the form of a coupon code, which can be used on your next purchase.
