Refund & Returns Policy
Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges for orders placed due to a change of mind or incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
All our products are made-to-order and carefully tailored according to your selected specifications.
Kindly be aware that colours may appear slightly different in real life due to camera lighting, photography, and screen resolution. These minor variations are not considered defects. Therefore, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for colour differences.
In case of any minor delay caused by the courier, we will not be able to offer a refund, return, or exchange.
Exchange Policy (No Refunds)
We offer exchange only (not refunds) in the following cases:
1. Damaged product or missing item or any other issue.
This must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with an unedited full unboxing video sent to:

2. Size discrepancy due to our error
Please share a clear photo showing the measurements of the received product.
(No unboxing video is required for size-related issues.)
❗ Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for return, exchange, or compensation.
In rare cases where a return is approved, the pickup must be scheduled within 24 hours of delivery.
