However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product or find any item missing, please ensure that the issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery. This helps us verify the issue and guide you through the necessary steps for an exchange or resolution.
Please note that requests raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for return, exchange, or compensation.
In rare cases where we have specifically agreed to process a return, exchange, or refund, the return pickup must also be arranged within 24 hours of delivery.
